Xiho provides customers with Lithium battery boxes. After production is completed and before packaging and delivery, the battery cells and parts will be assembled into finished Lithium battery packs to test whether the performance of the battery box is intact. After testing, the battery cells will be dismantled and restored to semi-finished battery boxes. Therefore, each battery box will be shipped only after being tested and confirmed to be in good performance. Although customers only order DIY box kits, we will still use batteries to test and run them. We will ship them after successful testing, and we will fully protect the battery box during the packaging process. If the customer receives any damage or performance deficiencies when receiving the goods, as long as the company is fed back within the specified time, the company will be fully responsible to the end.

Xiho has always adhered to the principle of being responsible for customers and its own brand, and Xiho will continue to implement it in the future. We hope that customers will continue to trust and promote Starmax. Xiho's battery pack has also been innovating and upgrading. We hope that friends will continue to pay attention to the subsequent growth, and we also hope that customers can give more feedback!
